The subject lands are located south of Eastboro Avenue and west of the future

Markinch Road in the Eastboro Subdivision.

This site is a 7,634 m2 vacant parcel of level land in Phase 1b of Ashcroft’s Draft

approved Eastboro Subdivision. The site is located in a rectangular-shaped area bound

by Navan Road to the south, Renaud Road to the north, and Mer Bleue Road to the

east. To the north is a similar Ashcroft development with 54 townhouse units on a

private street. The lands to the immediate east of the site are also owned by Ashcroft

and are known as Eastboro’s Phase 2 subdivision. The site can be accessed from

Caithness Private to the north and the future Esselmont Street to the south.

An application has been made to obtain Site Plan Control approval to construct a

planned unit development (PUD) consisting of 37 townhouse units and 12 back-to-back

townhouse units on three private streets (Caithness Priv., Turriff Priv. & Fordyce Priv.)

Each unit will have two parking spaces, one in the garage and one in front for a total of

98 stalls.
