ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Join us at our next Annual General Meeting, usually held in April each year.

Find out about our Events: Summer BBQs & Movie nights, Hockey Day, Neighbourhood Watch, and how you can get involved.

The Meeting topics include updates on parks, schools, road infrastructure & safety and other important issues that impact our area. Open forum Q&A session with Councillor Jody Mitic or a representative from the Councillor's office. 

Our Board of Directors will be nominated (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary). You will have the opportunity to have your say and vote at this meeting.

Les sujets suivants seront abordés : Mises à jour concernant les parcs, les écoles, l’infrastructure et sécurité routière. Une séance de questions et réponses dans le cadre d’une discussion ouverte avec le Conseiller Jody Mitic.

Les membres de notre conseil de direction seront élus (président, vice-président, trésorier et secrétaire). Vous aurez l’occasion de vous prononcer en votant lors de cette réunion.
