Please be advised that on September 18, 2019, the City of Ottawa received a Site Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application for 6102 Renaud Road. The site is located on the southeast corner of Renaud Road and Saddleridge Drive. The applicant is proposing to develop 16 stacked townhouses at the corner of Renaud Road and Saddleridge Drive and 28 back-to-back townhouses along Saddleridge Drive and Rolling Meadows Crescent. This is only an initial "heads-up"; you will soon be circulated the application."
