"Please accept this e-mail as your Community Heads Up that an application for a Zoning Amendment (File Number D02-02-20-0015) has been received from Claridge Homes to review the permission of zoning for a 12.68-hectare site in order that it be rezoned to permit residential uses, as part of Spring Valley Trails, phases 5 and 6. This subject site abuts the Waste Connections Canada (WCC) Landfill. To the north is Navan Road and some low rise residential uses. To the south is the Prescott-Russell Mulit-use Path and Mer Bleue Conservation Area. To the west is Spring Valley Trails’ existing residential development, also known as SVT Phase 3.
This Zoning Amendment is to review the appropriateness of 48 stacked townhouse dwelling units, 44 (back-to-back) townhouse dwellings, 218 townhouse dwellings, and 11 single-family dwellings lots at this location." When available, the documents will be posted here.
